- Any other acts the Company finds as improper behavior
Violation of the prohibitions results not only in breach of etiquette but also be a violation of criminal laws, unauthorized computer access law, trademark law, copyright law, civil laws and commercial laws. The violator will be charged with criminal penalty and will have obligation to pay reparations. |

1. For any information provided on the Site, users shall not exceed the range of private use limited by copyright law, such as making a personal copy, without obtaining consent of a rightful claimant.
2. In case a problem arises to a user with claimant or a third party due to the violation of this provision, the user shall solve the problem at his or her own costs and responsibility, without causing loss or damages to the Company. |

| Suspension of Service |

In the event of any of the followings, the Company reserves the right to suspend all or a part of the Site without prior notice to users, in order to maintain its optimum operation.
1. When the computer system requires periodical or emergency maintenance.
2. When operation of the computer system face difficulty caused by fire, power outage or sabotage from a third party.
3. In any other events the Company finds the necessity of suspension of the system.

| Compliance and Court of Competent Jurisdiction |

Application and interpretation of the Site and the provisions shall be constructed in accordance with the laws of Japan . District court of Osaka shall be the court of first instance for any dispute arises relating to the Site.
The Company may make changes to the terms of services without prior notice. Please check the up-dated provisions.
