Q2:How do I know if I have a periodontal disease?

A2:
The mouth is very sensitive to foreign substances such as hair, but it is, interestingly enough, insensitive to the disease progressing chronically. Usually, breath odor is also more likely to be undetectable.
Periodontits develops over time and exhibits less subjective symptoms. In general, initial symptoms include the following:

-Red tender gum
-Swollen gum
-Gums that bleed when you brush your teeth
-White colored pus draining from gingival sulcus

These warning signs of early periodontal disease can often be reversed by self-care or relatively simple professional treatments.
Left untreated, periodontits can further progress, showing the following symptoms:

-Loose teeth
-A change in teeth alignment
-Repetitive acute suppurative gingivitis
-Teeth that appear too long
-Teeth that recedes and shows the roots.
-Bad breath that doesn't go away

These symptoms are the indicators of severe destruction of the periodontal tissue, and may require extensive professional treatment for the cure.
The most important thing is to become aware that you can diagnose periodontal disease by yourself and to catch the initial symptoms, by constantly paying attention to the visible change going on in your mouth.
